Young Executive Two Year Training
We are pleased to announce the next chapter in our pursuit of world-class quality in Accra: a two year Young Executives paid job and training program. This program is aimed at exceptionally talented recent University graduates who are seeking to develop skills in business for a professional career.
While our focus is on real estate, the credentials you will acquire will have wider application. Each quarter will focus on a unique module with bi-weekly lectures and round-table discussions. These lessons, paired with rotational practical experience, will provide a springboard to future opportunities.
The first year will focus on business decisions, with modules on primary & secondary research, data analytics, developing expert status, and marketing.
The second year will focus on sales, the buyer's mindset, developing business judgment and managing direct reports.
